Yes — we can arrange rent guarantee insurance, landlord insurance, and more. We also recommend tenants take out our Tenants Insurance, which covers damage to fixtures and fittings. Quotes are available on request.

Rent is transferred to your nominated account at the end of each month. Your monthly rental statement with a full breakdown is emailed to you on the same day as payment.

Yes. Tenants report maintenance issues through our PropertyFile system. If the issue cannot be resolved remotely, we will contact you before sending one of our fully insured contractors. We obtain a quote and seek your authorisation before any work begins.
